Please note - the shipping times given are general estimates only and once your order has left our dispatch it is then in the hands of the delivery courier to get it to you as soon as possible.

 

Orders are dispatched from our HQ the next working day after your order is received.

 

AUSTRALIA

 

Shipping Rates:
Flat Rate Charged for 1-5 items: $4.99 (AUD)

For 6+ items please inquire for a shipping quote.
 

Delivery Times:
We use Australia Post for deliveries in Australia. If you are not at home during delivery, drivers have an ‘authority to leave’ your parcel. If no secure place is found they will leave a card to call. Please note we cannot deliver to PO box numbers, so please include a physical address at checkout. Delivery times from date shipped as follows: 
Metro:  3-5 working days
Rural: 5-10 working days

 

REST OF WORLD

 

Shipping Rates:

For 6+ items please inquire for a shipping quote.

We use Australia Post for deliveries overseas. If you are not at home during delivery, drivers have an ‘authority to leave’ your parcel. If no secure place is found they will leave a card to call. Please note we cannot deliver to PO box numbers, so please include a physical address at checkout. Delivery times from date shipped as follows: 
Metro:  8-15 working days
Rural: 10-25 working days

 

All orders are shipped from our Australian HQ, therefore, all purchases from outside Australia qualify as international and may be subject to duties and taxes. The full cost of shipping your order may also be included as part of the total value of your parcel and may contribute to tax and duty thresholds and charges. All shipping time frames listed above may vary depending on your local customs agencies processing times. 

 
REFUNDS

 

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee at Furry Legs. If you don't like the product and return it within 30 days we will refund your money back minus the original shipping fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and able to be resold. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

 

We take all care but unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for lost or damaged units that you may or may not receive.

 

To organize the refund of your order please email us at pete@furrylegs.com for return address details and instructions.

 
EXCHANGES

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange any item please contact us at pete@furrylegs.com and we will coordinate the exchange.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your faulty item to us. We will then send you a new Furry Legs Tracker free of charge.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 
WARRANTY

 

We offer a 12-month warranty on all our Furry Legs Trackers. If your product is defective or faulty within 12-months from your purchase date we will replace or refund the item.

 

If you need a replacement Tracker (which we hope you don't as we manufacture all our Trackers to be robust and long-lasting), please email us at pete@furrylegs.com. In your email please include details about the fault and if relevant attach images showing the problem issue so we can resolve the problem quickly for you.
